Removal & correction requests

If something on this site is wrong about you, or should not be here, tell us. You do not need an account and you do not need a lawyer to use this form. We read every request.
What happens after you send this
- Your request is recorded with a timestamp.
- A moderator reviews it, normally within a few days. If content is plainly over the line — a home address, something about a child — it comes down immediately while we look at the rest.
- We reply to the email address you give us with what we decided and why.
We can correct something, add a note to it, hide it, or leave it up. We will tell you which. If we leave it up, we will explain our reasoning — usually that it concerns the public conduct of a public official, which is the entire subject of this site.
To make this fast, be specific
“This post is wrong” is hard to act on. “The post dated May 3rd says I voted for the rezoning; I abstained, see the minutes at page 4” gets fixed the same day. Point at the specific statement and, where you can, at what the correct version is.
Copyright claims
If you are reporting copyright infringement, include a description of the work, where it appears here, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information in your notice is accurate. A note on what this form is not
Filing here is not a lawsuit and does not start a legal clock, in either direction. It also does not waive anything. It is simply the fastest way to reach a person who can change what is on the page. If you would rather write to us directly, use admin@critiquepiqua.com.
